After choosing "No", I went to Contacts. From there, I pick a contact and call.
I get a dialog: "Change all Call associations to SIM 2?". I choose No, and
check the "Don't ask again" checkbox.
After dialing, and hanging up, I go back to contacts and try to call (the same
or other) contact. I again get the dialog "Change all Call associatons" even
though I had chose not to be asked again.

Tested on krillin OTA-8

Title:
No selection of sim config for outbound calls is not stored

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have chosen not to have a default sim card for calls.
Whenever I try to make a call from the addressbook app, and I have one of the
sim cards selected to make the call, a dialog asking if I want to choose that
sim card as the default one appears over and over again, even if I check the
"don't ask again" checkbox.
