You don't need to comment on this bug at this point as such, the lack of
feature is understood and in progress.

The current status fields show that the design (Ubuntu UX) is complete
but the new design is not implemented (in ubuntu-system-settings) nor
released to users (Canonical System Image). Once all of those have been
set to "Fix Released", users have the fix.
