Public bug reported: When attempting to get the identifier value from whoopsie-preferences from within another dbus service, the request fails with an error as authorization failed. This authorization failure is happening because the whoopsie-preferences dbus service is using the POLKIT_CHECK_AUTHORIZATION_FLAGS_ALLOW_USER_INTERACTION flag, which should only be used when the call was a direct result of user action. Getting the identifier is not necessarily the result of user action.
