This should be fixed now as of r199 or so: the Accounts panel became a
regular plugin of system settings and doesn't call an external process
anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open System Settings
2. Open online accounts
3. Switch apps to the System Settings main page
4. Click on accounts
Expected result:
We are back at online accounts
