Thanks Stephen Spencer again. Exactly same situation with Gandi.net provider. Issue could be diagnosed thanks to Stephen explanation. And the solution was as simple as switching kernel from 2.6.32-x86_64 to 3.10-x86_64 in gandi.net administrative pages (in disk properties).
