AdaptivePageLayout hides previous pages way before the new page is
added to the column

Bug description:
1. Run UI Toolkit Galery application on phone (or desktop, resize it to have
one column)
2. Open any of the slow-loading pages (e.g. Buttons, Labels, Pickers,
TextInput)
3. While the new page is added the previous page is shown
What happens is that the previous page is removed and screen becomes
blank. After a while the new page is added.
