network signal strength always 0
Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
I have two sim cards here and the problem is only reproducible with one of
them.
Also, the problem only occurs when the indicator-network-service is launched
during the boot. If I manually kill the indicator-network-service process after
that, it respawns and the bug is gone.
The signal strength is 61 according to ofono.
