+1 with similar problem as described in #30. In my case (dual monitor setup - one on DVI, one on VGA) after 10 min (as configured) both screens go off, but then one of the screen (on the VGA cable) goes gradually from off (ie. dark) to fully on (ie. white)

I can wait as long as 10 minutes after activating the lock screen and the monitor still doesn't trun off. Then when I unlock the screen and don't use mouse or keyboard monitor will turn off (it's about 5 seconds after unlocking).
