Bug description:
build 157 Nexus 4
- make sure dialer is not running
- call the Ubuntu phone
- answer from the snap decision
Expected result:
- The live call screen should be shown
Actual result:
- After a long pause the "Calling" screen is shown and then it transitions to
the live call screen
