Using Trusty, printing to a printer (attached to my router) was OK.
however since about a week ago, printing fails i.e. nothing happens.
Deleting the printer & trying to Add it again results in the printer no
longer being shown in the Add Printer dialog. Ping 192.168.101.20 is OK.
