Bug description:
Having two windows of nautilus opened and maximized in Unity, when I
click on close in the top bar it closes the one in the background not
the one focused.
Opening two windows from the nautilus menu seems to work right, I
suspect that the nautilus windows opened by other programs tend to
mess the active one.
