Dear Aju,
Thank you for your message. We recently hosted a HFOSS workshop in Italy
(with support from Google) that included participants from India and we hope
to offer other international events in the future. I led a shorter FOSS
workshop at ICCE/T4E in Mumbai in late 2016.
