I am helping Todd Lewis with the Education Track at POSSCON ( http://posscon.org/ ) this year. I would really like to have a session on TOS and POSSE and I am wondering if anyone on this list is planning on coming to POSSCON and would speak about Teaching Open Source within the Education track.
Mel Chua has been accepted to speak already but on another topic and there is a constraint about having the same person speak twice in the same conference track. So I am hoping there is another TOS/POSSE enthusiast who can come and introduce the audience to this topic. Ralph Morelli has been a great help with getting someone from the HFOSS project and I feel that if we can present both POSSE and HFOSS, we could really expand educators thinking about the potential of Open Source and Education.
