After starting to read the Teaching Open Source textbook, I decided to start
my own effort on the TOS wiki:

http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/How_to_start_contributing_to_or_using_Open_Source_Software

I explain hot it differs from the previous efforts.

My text is CC-by as far as I'm concerned, but I guess other people can
contribute under CC-by-sa (or use text under that.).
