I know this is strange, but I simply could not get TortoisePlink to work for me. I bought a new PC and loaded software normally, including TortoiseSVN. But I could never connect to my (remote) repository, always getting the error "To better debug SSH connection problems, remove the -q option from the 'ssh' in [tunnels]."
I tried many variations to remove the -q option; never worked. A system staff found that if he replaced TortoisePlink with Putty's Plink.exe, I was able to access my (remote) repositories, checkout, checkin, etc --- all the functionalities that I used before my new PC. He thinks that it might be due to a recent TortoiseSVN release where there was a change in support for GIT (I no longer remember those details). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TortoiseSVN" group.
