Good morning, I have a recurrent issue where TortoiseMerge does not show any modification at all, and also replaces my working copy with the HEAD revision without any prompt. I've tried changing the diff tool to WinMerge, but the behaviour is the same: no diff shown, and working copy is lost.
The strange thing is that it does not happen all the time. sometimes during the day the diff tool works, and sudenly it stops (maybe a background update somewhere?) Do you have any idea how to correct this error?
