What does this mean in r29616 "Remove 1.10.x from the list of downloads as
it is no longer supported by the Subversion project".

The upstream Subversion project will not make any further releases in the
1.10.x release line to fix bugs or even security issues.

We are using Version 1.10.0. The question is when a client with a newer
version commits to the 1.10.0 repository, is the repo still useable for the
other team members?

Yes, all Subversion releases within the 1.x line (the only existing so far)
are compatible with each other. There may be optimisations that only work
when both the server and the client are sufficently recent, but to my
knowledge there are no such features within the 1.10 to 1.14 timespan.

Kind regards,
Daniel
