OK. I have unchecked the option on Dialog 3, 'Pre-fetch folders for faster browsing', but the block still happens when I click Repo-browser. The TortoiseSVN dialog opens, with an empty URL, then the GUI updates, with the repository URL, and a little after, a connection refused warning pops from that I suspect is the TortoisePLink.exe program. This warning message pops up about 3 times. Then, the Tortoise main dialog shows that the repository could not be reached.
After a while, if I refresh the folder, a successful connection happens. I know that is some kind of block because if I try to reach the server through SSH with Filezilla, it also reports that the server is not responding. For now, this is just an annoying thing. But if I could change something to prevent it, would be better. Thanks anyway.
