We are facing an issue with TortoiseSVN software, users are not getting the 
colors as expected and after clearing the cache from software still we the 
same issue after a week. Can you please suggest us to get the permeant 
solution for this?

Also, we have done the below steps as well but issue still arise 

Below are steps that we have taken to troubleshoot the SVN icon ( Green/Red 
) indications from our end.

 

*Step 1* – Uninstalling the software and App data locally and re-installing 
the Tortoise SVN software.

*Step 2* – Complete user profile reconfiguration.

*Step 3* – We have formatted the laptop and re-installed the OS and still 
user will get back within a month

*step 4* – As per your suggestion we are clearing the OneDrive cache from 
the Registry from this path ( 
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers
 )
( This will fix the issue temporarily ) But end users are reaching back for 
a permanent solution.

Note – Every day the count is increasing please check for a permanent 
solution and do the needful at the earliest.
