Even after using the working around to get Windows 11 context menu working again - Windows 11 new context menu not working (google.com) <https://groups.google.com/g/tortoisesvn/c/foYS_O_0wbM/m/ohtfEgvmBgAJ> - the SVN delete menu item is not appearing despite being ticked on the context menu and Win 11 context menu settings.
