I believe I can reproduce this. I see the following error message: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.SERVER.TLD/svn/test/branches/feature%0A'
Note the %0A in the end of the URL. I guess the copied URL contains LF character which is invisibly pasted into the "URL to merge from". If I retry the merge without pasting the URL (TSVN is smart enough to remember the old URL) the merge succeeds, probably because TSVN remove the LF character when saving (or loading) the old URL.
