The icons works fine for me, both in 1.14.2 and 1.14.3. Initially it *did not *work for me in 1.14.2 but I had to go into Settings, Icon Overlays, Overlay Handlers and found the error message that there were other overlay handlers installed and that Tortoise would not show a few of them. I started the registry editor and removed a few I didn't need (OneDrive for example). Then it worked in both 1.14.2 and 1.14.3.
