Hello, I am using tortoise SVN version 1.10.0 and all ther repositories are based on one server location.
Now I am having trunk with one directories having external link and need to take out branch from the trunk with the change in external link. I know this can be done through GUI. But need to understand how external link can be changes through command line using svn propset or any other command. I have tries many things but not able to change external links.
