Is there a published set of protocols to test the COM interface of our custom issue tracker plugins? The additions to the registry allow my plugin to be visible in the selection drop-down box, but I get an error when I try to add. I found another similar post that mentioned CoCreateInstance, but I was hoping for an expanded explanation. I was able to get my plugin working on the machine that I originally developed (no longer exists), but it won't work anywhere else.
