Are there any news on this topic? How can this problem be solved? I'm using version 1.14.1 (Win10 Enterprise) and have exactly the same problems as described above. Icon overlays are not working using a unc file path like "\\servername\sharename" if option "Default" selected at status cache. It does work, if "Shell" will be selected. It also works, if network drive is mapped with "drive letter".
