We are upgrading from Subversion 1.5 to 1.14. We have been upgrading TortoiseSVN along the way. My question is the following.
Subversion has an svn upgrade command (client command) to upgrade the meta-data in a user's working copy. I do not see an upgrade command in TortoiseSVN Does TortoiseSVN take care of the meta-data automatically. We also moved the repository to a new machine so I had to do a relocate on the root dir of the working copy. thank you for any assistance you may be able to lend.
