Hi, Depending on the way a file finds its way to you, it may have different line endings. In TortoiseMerge you can set the compare behavior for this in the settings, but this is cumbersome and permanent. Why not (additionally) a direct way to change the behavior, like with "Compare whitspaces" etc.?
