this is a mailing list of an open source project, where the people don't 
get paid. So "asap" won't work.

that said: you already know where the problem is. Your backend detects a 
brute force attack and stops responding. But using the repo browser is not 
a brute force attack, so change your backend settings accordingly.
We won't change the repo browser just for you.

however: you can configure some settings in TSVN to reduce the connections 
in the repo browser in the settings dialog->Dialogs 3.
If you uncheck all the boxes in the group "Repository Browser" then you 
reduce the connections a lot.
