Hello Félix,

To my mind there is no such thing as "git fetch" with Subversion: either 
the Working Copy is up-to-date (@HEAD) or it's not. Having a file with an 
old file content (HEAD-1) but the green tick overlay icon seems to be an 
non-sense, isn't it?
Fortunately you can pull an Update from the server even if you have local 
modifications, if that can help you.
