Hello Pavel, thank you for your mail. No, I did not yet upgrade to 1.14.0 And one thing makes my case different: After install (and repair) TSVN works for an extended period of time (several days and (usually daily) reboots) before libapr_tsvn.dll vanishes and the error message occurs.
