Short update: I have done a rebuild of the icon cache according to the instructions. But it did not remove the problem.
The current version 1.14.0 - 64bit of TortoiseSVN is installed. Machine and OS are x64. A reinstall of TortoiseSVN solved the problem. Stefan schrieb am Montag, 29.
