HTTP 500 means "internal server error", which means your server crashed! 
Try using your web browser on that URL (the one that should serve the repo 
list) from the machine where the client does not work. If you get a list of 
repositories with a normal web browser, TSVN should work as well. But not 
before that works...

As for server setup, you should maybe ask on the svn users list for help 
with that.
