Now you can solve the problem by repairing TortoiseSVN via Windows Installer. Follow these steps: 1. Go to *Control Panel | Programs and Features*, 2. Find TortoiseSVN 1.14.0 in the list of installed applications, 3. Run the *Repair* command for TortoiseSVN 1.14.0. Alternatively, you can start the TortoiseSVN 1.14.0 MSI (e.g., TortoiseSVN-1.14.0.28885-x64-svn-1.14.0.msi) and select the *Repair * command. The problem will be solved when the repair is done.
