Hello. TortoiseSVN version 1.13.1 introduced an updated version 1.7.0.0 of libapr_tsvn.dll that supported Windows Deduplication. Now, after upgrading to TortoiseSVN 1.14.0 I noticed that libapr_tsvn.dll is now of version 1.6.5.0, the version that previously had no support of Windows Deduplication. My question is: is this intentional downgrade or a mistake?
