After reinstall Windows I'm trying to update an svn folder previously created (before reinstall windows) but TortoiseSVN always throw an "Requested operation requires elevation" error. Not only update, any command I'm trying to execute throws the same error:

I'm administrator and the folder owner it's also me... don't know where is the problem.
