Often just turning off an antivirus is not enough.
Try uninstalling it. (for a good measure, with the "remove all traces" 
tool, that some AV vendors offer on their support pages, for ESET try this: 
https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool
