Hello,

When you say

> a repository which was created with SVN 1.10, 1.11 or 1.12

you're talking about the server side SVN tool, don't you? Do you create
your repositories with TortoiseSVN itself or with the command line?

I don't know if there are noticeable changes between 1.9 and 1.1x which
could explain your issue. Did you check the release notes?
