Hi all, Hopefully this is trivially reproducible for others.
I was trying to edit a file before committing it into the repository, but editing it at the last moment, i.e. after displaying the Commit dialog. So.. steps to reproduce. Locate repository with changes pending (and right context menu) Select SVN Commit When Commit dialog appears select a file, and right click. Choose either Open (on a file without an association) or Open With.. (on any file). When the Windows Dialog appears to allow for the selection of the application, select 'Try an app on this PC', and then scroll all the way to the bottom and select 'Look for another app on this PC'. And then just try to browse for another folder.. I end up with a 'Server Busy' dialogue popping up. If I select 'Retry..' it does nothing (does it ever?). If I select 'Switch To..' then it opens up the Start Menu. Anytime I try to do anything in the 'Open with..' dialogue it results in this same 'Server Busy' popup. It then becomes impossible to close the 'Open with..' dialog, since the Server Busy popup always jumps up on any interaction. I have to use the TaskManager to force kill the TortoiseProc.exe process to allow me to close the dialog. When using the 'Open with...' dialog outside of Tortoise SVN this problem doesn't occur.
