I know that it's very strange, it happens only on our company pc. We have many Vm with tortoisesvn installed and on those vm it works well.
For instance if I drag and drop from report browser the files: start.bat stop.bat check.bat it creates the following files: start.bat start(1).bat stop.bat stop(2).bat check.bat check(3).bat If I drag and drop links from chrome or email and attachment from outlook, they don't create copies of the files.
