Software / Environment: 

* Windows 7, 64 bits
* Use TortoiseSVN Client 1.11.1 64 bits


Step:

1. There is a remote svn server (outside my local network - proxy by company 
network)
2. Updated Settings-->Network--> *Enabled Proxy Server CHECKED* 
2.1 enter my company proxy server address and port
2.2 enter the proxy timeout in seconds
3. Connect to my remote svn server
3.1 enter the username and password (seems normal, because it can connect to my 
remote server, I swear that the username and password pair is CORRECT)
3.2 Error happens

>> Strange: How can svn client connect my remote svn server without timeout and 
>> the remote svn server asks me username and password
>> What is svn client going on ? I cannot find the connection log / client log.
