Just use normal non-TortoiseSVN commands and delete them like you would any 
other file on your computer (ex right click and select delete instead of 
TortoiseSVN delete). 

The trick is if you don’t want to delete all of it and just want to keep the 
trunk or tags or some subfolder, the. You need to delete it all anyway and do a 
check out just of the files/folders you want.
