I was removing an external folder linked to a HEAD revision of a utility
library. I manually removed it using the Windows delete, where the dialog said
it was removing the named folder, but did not specify the svn path. After the
manual delete I realized I should have done a removal from the trunk's
properties window. I then found that the HEAD revision the external was linked
to had been deleted from SVN in its entirety with a time stamp in the log
matching when I had manually removed the external folder.
