I recently installed the VisualSVN plugin, if that makes a difference. At some point it started to pop up login dialog even though auth was saved for that url. Tried to check in the Clear... button in the Settings -> Saved Data. That one crashed. Then Clear All.. that seemed to work, but now: never stores any authentication...
