EDIT: I've just realised there isn't a shelf list, just an 'unshelf' 
dialog.  Is this something that should be added, to allow browsing the 
shelved items?  I could imagine there would be useful functionality here, 
e.g. being able to view the time the shelf was created, and to browse the 
changes, without having to restore them.
