If it works on all machines but one (or very few), then the first thing to 
check is always the virus scanner/security app/firewall/safe-browing-tool.

Just my opinion, but you should get rid of all of these and only keep the 
default windows scanner. Even better: format your HD and do a fresh 
install, because those "tools" are harder to remove than any virus.
