Activities include mapping, validation, translation and reporting. Healthcare EDI for enrollment and claims, including HIPAA standards. All major transaction types (request response for enrollment and claims, 278, 834, 820, 837, 835) as well as IDC 9 and IDC 10. General healthcare industry, specifically payer services. Previous experience working with any Blues highly preferable. Leadership and management of teams of 50 -100 cross-functional resources. Demand forecasting and planning, including development of a master resource and skill set requirements. Also knowledge transfer and backfill activities. Operations management, including production support for L1 and L2. SLAs for response and resolution time. Feedback loop for continuous improvement. Project management, including project management activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
