The number of troubleshooting scenarios and steps will be based on customer’s experience of numerous implementations of incident management run books for global cloud service providers. *Capacity management Run-books*- Identifying Capacity management KPIs. The monitoring and reporting of these KPI’s will be covered by the tools architecture *Configuration management Run-books*- Outline the steps required to verify the recommended components of CI’s (such as OS version, System Firmware version etc. ) for the device based on customer’s best practices. * * *Required Skills:* Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Centers and 5 years’ Experience as Data center Operations Specialist. Strong Experience with Incident management and Capacity Management Run books and SOP in VNX7500. Experience with Configuration Management Run Books and SOP in VNX7500, MDS 9148,UCS, Nexus 1000V. *Preferred Skills:* Experience with Incident Management Run books and SOP in Nexus 5000 Experience with Capacity Management Run Books and SOP in Catalyst 6500 and ASA 5580.
