· *Juniper*, · *Bluecoat* · *RSA* · UAC / unified access control · IF-MAP Implementation · Juniper firewalls · Should have good understanding and hands-on experience on various security technologies for e.g. Firewalls, VPN's, IDS/IPS, end point security solutions (AV, HIPS, Hard Disk Encryption), strong Authentication products (Quest Defender/RSA SecurID) · Should have good understanding and hands-on experience on Juniper firewalls with NetscreenOS and JUNOS, Juniper SSL VPN and Juniper NAC/UA · Should have hands-on experience on Blue Coat proxy · Work with end users to optimize their security as well as research the newest in technology · Identify and resolve high-level security related issues. · Harden and monitor network security and take proactive measures to protect against new threats · Should have good understanding on network technologies - basic level routing, switching · Should have capability to understand customer's technical requirements and map those to a technical solution · Candidates with certification in security technologiesfrom following OEM’s will be preferred o Cisco o Juniper o Bluecoat o Symantec o McAfee o RSA *Soft skills* · Shall have good verbal/written communication skills · Should have good presentation skills - shall be able to participate the review meetings and be able put across the points of concern · Should have required skillset for managing/tracking progress of project · Should have Capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, dependencies on customer/internal teams, *Technical Responsibilities* · Implement the solutions as per technical design document, customize as per customer needs · Resolve all technical issues identified during implementation · Interact with the customer and coordinate exchange of information related to the project · Highlight the issues/risks to the Project team and seek help · If necessary escalate the issue to OEM and seek assistance till resolution of the issue · Interact with other team members and exchange the technical learning · Help Facilitate resolution to roadblocks presented prior to and during execution of a project · Change Management administration and Documentation *Non-Technical Responsibilities* · Preparing Project Initiation Documents or Technical Proposals · Support Team Leader to prepare the Project Plan, Risk matrix, other related documents · Highlight the issues/risks to the Project team and seek help · Ensure that project implementation is completed in defined timelines · Train junior team member to enhance their professional skills · Technical Documentation – Technical Design Document, Risk Matrix, Post Installation Document, HOTS (Hand Over To Support) document -- -- -- Thanks & Regards Mani Matharu HMG America LLC P:732-645-2086 E:[email protected] www.hmgamerica.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TortoiseSVN group.
