Hyperion Lead/Architect – Technical** Milwaukee, WI 6 months (CTH)* 1. Total 5 ~ 7 years of IT exp including 3+ years as Hyperion Lead with full range of activities associated with Hyperion Essbase, Financial Management and Planning and Implementation 2. Preferably should have worked in One End to End Hyperion Development projects. 3. Lead the technical aspects of the delivery of Hyperion Essbase, Financial, planning solutions & related components. 4. Good command over Maxell/Esscmd languages. 5. Provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic data issues 6. Provide expert solution, architectural guidance and create initial drafts of deliverables. 7. Demonstrated knowledge of dimensional and relational modeling techniques. 8. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to detect underlying patterns, identify root causes and design optimal process solutions. 9. Knowledge on other Hyperion suites 10. Tools to be worked / conversant with: Languages: i. Must have: Essbase, Financial Management and Planning ii.Good to Have: Unix scripting, Maxell & Esscmd languages Databases: At least good in one of the following Databases i. Oracle Functional: At least good in one of the following ERP applications i. Oracle /SAP ERP Financial 11. Should have been at least 2 Years at Onsite Role and performed the role of Client management 12. Good understanding of software development life cycle and Quality processes 13. Others: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Onsite-offshore execution model. Job Tasks distribution: 1. Onsite coordination: 20% 2. Project Buddy: 20% 3.
