A little question related to Torque

Hello Everyone!

Today I wanted to reference the complete Properties Reference to customize my 
build.properties file.

The file includes a URL for reference, but it points to a page that no longer 
exists.

It says "http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/torque/properties-reference.xml";
instead of 
"http://db.apache.org/torque/releases/torque-3.2/generator/properties-reference.html";

My question is: ¿How do I go about changing this? in the build.properties file 
of the distribution? ¿submit a patch?
